Required documents

In order to participate in an ÖVVÖ Conservation Project, the ÖVVÖ requires two completely filled out documents. On the one hand, there is a master data sheet, which provides information about the project participant, and on the other hand, a signed data protection declaration, in which the project participant can express his consent to the extent to which his data may be used by the ÖVVÖ. This is where the Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 comes into play: personal data may only be processed for purposes defined as tasks in these directives, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ No. L 119, 4.5.2016 p. 1, and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 165/1999.
